Why we exist.

The cleaning industry in Lake County has two extremes. National franchises with call-center customer service, churn through low-paid contractors, and "we'll send someone out" answers when something goes wrong. And small operators who do great work for two months until they get overwhelmed and start missing shifts.

Facility managers — especially in medical and professional offices — need something in the middle. A locally owned company small enough to send the same crew every visit, but disciplined enough to document the protocol, audit the work, and answer the phone when there's a problem.

That's the gap we built Lakeshore Pro Clean to fill.

Our standards.

Same crew, every visit

The single biggest predictor of cleaning quality is whether the same people clean your facility every time. They learn the layout, they remember the priorities, they notice when something's off. We assign crews to facilities long-term, and we have backup-trained crews who know your specific protocol document.

Documented protocols

Before we start service, we walk through your facility with you and document the cleaning protocol — what's cleaned, what frequency, what products, what exclusions. You sign off on it. The crew works to it. When the inspector or your boss asks what's being done, you have a written answer.

Flat-rate pricing

The number on your contract is the number on your invoice. We don't bill by the hour, we don't charge for "extra time." If the job takes longer than expected, that's our problem to solve, not yours.

Background-checked crews

Every employee is background-checked before they enter a client facility. Required, no exceptions. For medical clients, this is the baseline. For everyone else, it's still the baseline.

Credentials.

  • Licensed in Illinois
  • $2,000,000 General Liability insurance
  • Workers' Compensation coverage on all employees
  • $25,000 Janitorial Bond — required by most commercial clients
  • OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen training, annually recertified for medical service crews
  • HIPAA awareness training for all medical-facility crews
  • EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants used in all medical and high-touch applications
  • Certificates of insurance available on request and can be sent directly to your facility's insurance contact

Our team.

We're a small, locally owned business — and that's intentional. Every crew lead has been with us long enough to know our protocols cold. Every employee is paid above market for our region, because we'd rather pay our crews well and keep them than churn through underpaid contractors and lose your facility's institutional knowledge with every turnover.

We're based in Lake Bluff. We work in Lake County. When you call, you get someone who can actually do something about your issue — not a national call center transferring you to "the regional office."

"We chose them because they were local and they actually knew what HIPAA meant when we asked. Five months later, that's still the right call."
