After mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in. Before drywall finishing. We sweep, remove debris, clean up after the trades, and prep for the next phase. This is the cheapest cleaning in the project and saves the most downstream time.
After drywall, paint, and trim. The big one. We HEPA vacuum drywall dust from every surface, clean window tracks and frames, polish fixtures, clean appliances inside and out, scrub bathrooms to move-in standard, and detail-clean glass.
Right before walkthrough or handover. Light cleaning of any areas that have collected dust during final punch list work. Glass re-detail. Floor reset. The last clean before the client sees it.
Office, retail, medical, restaurant. We've cleaned everything from a 1,200 sq ft dental build-out to a 28,000 sq ft corporate office tenant improvement.
Single-family and multi-family. Final cleans for closing-ready handover. We work directly with builders and superintendents.
