A protocol, not a checklist.

Most cleaning companies treat a medical office like an oversized cubicle farm. We don't. Medical and dental cleaning is its own discipline — different products, different procedures, different training. Our protocol covers the things that matter to inspectors and the things that matter to your patients.

What's in our medical protocol

  • EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants for all patient-contact surfaces
  • Color-coded microfiber system — no cross-contamination between zones
  • Bloodborne pathogen-trained crews with annual recertification
  • Sharps and biohazard area protocols — we don't touch the containers, we clean around them properly
  • HIPAA-aware staff who don't read what's on desks or screens
  • Background-checked employees — every crew member, every visit
  • Logged service records with date, crew, and tasks completed
  • After-hours service — we work around your patient schedule, not the other way around
"The difference is documentation. When the inspector showed up, I pulled twelve months of cleaning logs in thirty seconds. That's not something the previous company could do."

Facility types we serve

We've built protocols for the specific demands of each medical environment in Lake County:

Dental & Orthodontic Practices

Operatories, sterilization areas, lobby, and staff break rooms. Particular attention to splatter zones, suction lines (exterior surfaces), and chair-side cabinetry. Most dental practices we serve run 3x weekly evening service.

Primary Care & Specialty Medical

Exam rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and back-office clinical spaces. Disinfection of high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, exam tables, blood pressure cuffs are wiped, not cleaned in cuffs themselves). Patient lobby reset between visits.

Outpatient & Specialty Clinics

Physical therapy, dermatology, ophthalmology, mental health, and surgical specialty offices. We tailor the protocol to the specific equipment and patient flow of your practice.

Veterinary Practices

Yes, we clean these too. Different protocol — different cleaning agents safe around animals, plus odor neutralization and kennel-area sanitization where applicable.

What's included in standard service

Every medical cleaning visit includes the following at minimum, with additional services available based on your facility's needs:

Patient-facing areas

  • Exam room surfaces, exam tables, and patient chairs disinfected with EPA-registered hospital-grade product
  • High-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, faucet handles, dispensers) treated separately
  • Floors mopped with proper dilution ratios — not "more cleaner equals more clean"
  • Restroom deep clean with separate microfiber system; toilet, sink, fixtures, and floor
  • Trash and biohazard bag replacement (we do not handle sharps or biohazard waste itself)
  • Lobby reset — magazines straightened, water station wiped, kids' area sanitized

Staff and back-office areas

  • Break room cleaning, refrigerator exterior, microwave interior on schedule
  • Office area dusting, vacuuming, and floor maintenance
  • Restroom service for staff facilities
  • Trash collection and replacement
  • Glass and mirror cleaning

Available add-ons

  • Carpet shampooing (quarterly recommended)
  • Hard floor strip and wax
  • Window cleaning (interior)
  • Day porter service for high-traffic practices
  • Post-illness deep disinfection (rapid response)

Scheduling that works around your patients

Medical offices don't have downtime. We work after hours — typically between 6 PM and 6 AM — so your team walks into a clean facility every morning. Most practices we serve choose a 3x or 5x weekly schedule depending on patient volume and procedure mix.

For practices that need it, we also offer day porter service: a uniformed crew member on-site during patient hours to maintain restrooms, lobby, and high-touch surfaces between cleaning visits. This is increasingly common in high-volume primary care and dental offices.

Questions facility managers ask us

Can you start within two weeks?

Yes, in most cases. We do a walkthrough within 48 hours of your inquiry, send a flat-rate quote within another 48 hours, and can typically begin service one week later. The bottleneck is usually getting your sign-off on the protocol document, not our scheduling.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. Every product we use in your facility is EPA-registered, hospital-grade where required, and brought by our crew. You're not stocking anything on our behalf.

What happens if a crew member is sick?

We have backup-trained crews who know your facility's protocol document. You're never stuck with an untrained substitute or a missed visit.

Are you insured for medical environments?

Yes. We carry $2M general liability, workers' compensation, and a janitorial bond. Certificates of insurance are available on request and can be sent directly to your facility's insurance contact.

How is pricing structured?

Flat-rate, monthly. Quoted per facility based on square footage, service frequency, and add-on services. No hidden hourly billing, no surprise charges. The number on your contract is the number on your invoice.
