Top-to-bottom deep clean for closing day, lease turnover, or a fresh-start move-in. Cabinet interiors, appliance interiors, baseboards, window tracks, full bathroom and kitchen detail. Often paired with our post-construction service for new builds.
Bi-weekly or monthly. Same crew, same day of the week, flat-rate pricing locked in for your contract term. We are not taking on weekly residential clients at this time — our schedule prioritizes commercial recurring contracts.
Spring clean, post-event clean, before-listing clean. One-time service quoted by walkthrough or detailed photos.
Flat-rate, walked through in person or quoted from photos and a detailed home description. Your quote is your invoice — no hourly billing, no "we ran over."
