Most professional offices we serve choose between three frequencies:

5x Weekly (Premium)

Monday through Friday evening service. Best for higher-traffic offices, client-facing practices, or when you've been let down by previous services and want maximum consistency.

3x Weekly (Standard)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday — the most common choice for offices of 5–25 employees. Day porter add-on available for restroom checks on off days.

2x Weekly (Hybrid-Friendly)

Best for hybrid offices where the team is in 2–3 days per week. We schedule cleaning the night before your busiest in-office day.

Common questions

Will we have the same crew every time?

Yes. Same crew assigned to your facility, period. They learn your office. We have backup-trained crews who know your protocol document for the rare occasions someone is out.

What about weekend or one-off events?

One-off cleans for events, board meetings, or post-renovation are quoted separately and don't affect your recurring contract.

Are you insured?

$2M general liability, workers' compensation, and janitorial bond. Certificates available on request.

How does pricing work?

Flat monthly rate based on facility size, frequency, and any add-ons. Locked in for the contract term. The number on your contract is the number on your invoice.
